They quickly got me in the same week I called, looked at the vehicle, and found additional problems that I didn’t know about. They provided reasonable estimates for each fix and reasonably discussed my options. I felt like I had a good understanding of what was going on with my car and I felt respected. I really appreciated the service I received. While I decided to trade that vehicle in, I will be back in the future with my new vehicle because at Dawson’s Auto Care I can tell they care!
