4 /5 Jeff Stanley: I had the most pleasant experience when I had my wisdom tooth pulled. I was put under sedation which is what I wanted. I was called back about five minutes before my appointment schedule and was out in my car 45 minutes later. I felt no pain during the procedure of course and the minimal pain afterwards was taken care of with two ibuprofen. I really did not even need that. I just took it in case there was worse to come. Now the problem. They charged me a 3% convenience fee for the use of a credit card. The problem was that they did not tell me beforehand they did that. If I had known by being told I could have brought cash. They do not take checks and I do not blame them. They should have told me there was a "convenience fee". Who was it convenient for? Certainly not me. My out of pocket for one wisdom tooth extraction under sedation was $195.70 so far.........................My doctor was Dr Michael Pruett. The NP that set up the IV also did a good job with minimal pain. The packed the empty socket with gauze and it only needed changing one time. I wish they had done me right on the billing so I could give five stars. The "convenience fee" was about $5.
