5 /5 Kristina Holston: I have used Donnie’s Automotive several times over the past year and a half. I usually don’t give a review good or bad. But today I felt the need to say just what a great business this is. I have always been treated exceptionally good. I feel as though they are fair and trustworthy to the core! I am a senior citizen in extremely bad health, and when I tell you that God lead me to this business and Mr. Donnie you can believe that God knew these are good decent Christian folks that have your best interests at heart. Don’t go anywhere else if you want the best of the best , go to Donnie’s! If and when I can get a newer vehicle on this sad fixed income; you can bet Mr. Donnie will be the only shop I ever go to! Thank you sir for your kindness and excellent service. I am blessed beyond measure today for you and your business practices!

2 /5 Phuong Tran: The technicians at Donnies Automotive are friendly and approachable, which I appreciated. I recently had a clutch issue that needed replacement. They told me theyd use parts close to the original manufacturer’s, which was fine by me. However, I found out they sourced cheaper parts from OReilly Auto Parts, which I wasn’t expecting. While I understand that refilling fluids isn’t part of every service, if the vehicle loses any fluids during the repair, I feel it should be topped off if it was lost during the repairs. When I got my car back, it had no coolant or power steering fluid, which was concerning. Additionally, the new clutch doesnt allow the car to drive as smoothly as before, which is disappointing, especially considering the premium labor costs they charged. There were some positives, but overall, the experience didn’t meet my expectations.

5 /5 Meghan Gorsuch: Took my car to a different shop and they didnt really know what was going on/kinda screwed me over on the original fix. Took my car into Donnies and within an hour they took my into the shop, explained everything to make sure I understood and offered to fix the issues same day. It was going to take a few hours so Wayne at the front desk hung out with me and it was the best morning. Car was completely fixed by the end of that work day and I cant thank them enough. Great people, great knowledge, honest and transparent information, efficient service, fair price! Drove over 40 minutes to get there and will only go there from now on!

5 /5 Errol: I’ve been doing business with Donnie’s Automotive for year’s, after being introduced by a friend. Senior was running the shop then, and Junior has it now, and I can say that the quality of work and professionalism hasn’t skipped a beat. Friendly, customer service oriented and good honest work. Great shop. Class act.

1 /5 Paul Ronk: I had been going to Donnies for some years. They had worked on my car and my other halfs car. I had recommended others to Donnies quite a few times, as it was a safe referral, always trustworthy. They were always busy, understandably. I dont normally write reviews like this, but felt I needed to say something. They have changed since Donnies retirement, and not for the better.
