Uriel was the most professional mechanic I’ve ever had my vehicle repaired by. His pricing was excellent compared to what other mechanics has quoted. He is honest and takes true care of the vehicles he and his workers fix. Uriel seems very intelligent and enjoys sharing and teaching others what was wrong with their vehicle and shows how it was fixed. Wonderful service.

angela johnson I am from California and I needed repairs done to my vehicle right away after the holiday weekend. I called around to places near my mother-in-law and was quite pleasantly surprised when so I reached Andrea at Signature Auto. From the moment she answered the phone, she was extremely professional, yet personable, ( qualities I treasure in customer service). Due to the holiday and such short notice, they will probably not be able to service our vehicle before we have to leave this evening; however, based on my experience with Andrea, this is certainly a business that I would rely on for all of my automotive needs. Because they were not able to guarantee us service today due to the nature of our needs, she voluntarily offered very valuable information on what I could try to do now and that I will be able to use in the future when needing automotive care for my vehicle. I am unable to patronize their business because I am from California, but I am most definitely going to tell all my Ga. family and friends about them. Good costumer service is so hard to find and a first impression is a lasting one. I am quite pleased and impressed by Andrea’s customer service and we all know that typically your first contact in a privately owned business especially, represents the type of service you’ll receive overall.
