4 /5 Bigga D: Frank very friendly, good service, but when I dropped off my car it had 4 metal Mercedes valve caps on the wheels, when I picked it up they were gone!, very petty who ever did this, I informed frank, me personally I would view all those camara thats in an around the shop just for my satisfaction, I would want to know! Its tedious work but!!

1 /5 Wendy Mack: Company is under a new name and ownership. It is no longer Executive Repairs, Inc. The new name is MegaWorx, LLC. However, that is not stated online. Either way, do not take your foreign/luxury car there. They are not specialists. I took my BMW there for repair due to an oil leakage. They misdiagnosed the repair and replaced my oil gasket cover. Not only did the oil gasket cover not need to be replaced, it wasn’t reattached correctly. I found this out after I got an oil change from Valvoline. I took it back to MegaWorx’s for the second time for them to correct the issue. They stated they fixed it. A few days later, my oil was leaking even more. I took it back a 3rd time and they stated that they believe the problem is the oil pan and that would be an additional $1700 added on to the $1300 that I paid for the gasket cover. Needless to say I am taking my car to another repair shop. Also, if you do not use Cash, CashApp or Zelle, they charge a 4% processing fee for debit or credit card.

1 /5 NeNe Younge: Went into the shop 2 weeks ago. I went there based on Google reviews but Frank wasnt helpful at all. I told him my bmw suv wouldnt start sometimes & I told him of the warning messages thats popping up. He said that I should take it to a dealership because they cant fix starter problems. He didnt even look at the vehicle or do a diagnosis!! I ended up going to a different certified mechanic & it turned out to be a battery issue & needed new ignition coils. I needed my suv to be looked at but Frank just didnt help at all! Very disappointed. Just say youre not taking on new customers rather than lying!

5 /5 Shantella Ross: Service excellent, prices fair. I found my new mechanic. Ive had luxury cars forever and as a woman, it can be difficult to find a mechanic thats not trying to scheme you. Im glad I found these guys!

1 /5 Carol Walker: Took BMW to have oil change done last September, while there, I was informed valve cover gasket needed to be replaced due to leakage. Supposedly they replaced. When I started vehicle next day, it was sputtering. Called and informed Frank. Claims the gasket was bad so they disconnected something to keep car from stuttering and assured me it would be fine. But so knew It wasn’t. Informed Frank. Something still wasn’t right. But I knew I need a fuel injection service. A few months later I went in for transmission and fuel injection service, where THEY informed me valve cover gasket leaking again. I HAD to remind them that THEY were the ones who supposedly fixed and replaced it in the first place. Not sure if they did anything at that time but I would venture to say they didn’t. Took car to two other mechanics who both informed that valve cover was leaking. Now mind you, I have a warranty and Frank has been paid! Took car back today only to discover, they have since closed up shop and moved to another location under a new name. Now mind you, Frank never told me or my husband thus. He goes out to look at vehicle and tells me there is no leak. So I guess 2 other mechanics were wrong and he’s the only one right. He’s ripped off both me and the warranty . Avoid doing business with this man or any company he represents. He’s now doing business under Megaworx Auto, LLC.
