5 /5 Christina Kelly: Picture it: youre driving to Florida with your 14 yo daughter in order to take care care of your dad after shoulder surgery. Youre 400 miles from home and still have another 450 miles to go when your car starts acting funny. You pull over and the dashboard is lit up with symbols youve never seen before. You turn the car off and you attempt to turn it on again... but nothing happens and your engine wont even try to turn over. AAA tows you to a little repair place and you wait while 2 guys head over and look under the hood. The alternator went out and no one has your part. It gets ordered and will be put in the next day. The people at the shop are super nice. They help you find a hotel and even drive you and all your crap over there. Checked out of the hotel the next day, one of the employees picked us up and drove us back to the shop. My daughter and I were back on the road in less than 24 hrs and it only cost about $500

5 /5 Debby Thurman: I just had repair work done on my Subaru at Fairs Auto. I have to say that I am extremely pleased. Before they started work, the mechanic called to tell me what was needed & gave me a detailed quote to approve before doing any work. They had it done by close of business. The mechanic was Jason & he was awesome. The office staff is courteous, polite & answered all my questions. The customer service person that I dealt with was Tina. Kudos to Fairs & their staff.
