1 /5 Emma Brazel: I wouldn’t walk through those doors ever again.... The environment is very lacking. When I walked in I got bad vibes and should have walked out when they said “we don’t do gel on toes”. I was killing time waiting on my dog to get done at the groomers, the pedicure I got was $45 and REGULAR nail polish..... The lady doing my toes is taking her precious time and took multiple trips to the back, and most times she came back with nothing. The tools were NOT clean she sprayed them with alcohol and did a wipe down but you could tell it wasn’t clean, oh and the pumice bar looked like it been used 100 other times. Oh and they use a KETTLE for some odd reason and poor it in your water and she asked me if it was hot, it felt like my feet were burning... DUH ITS A HOT KETTLE of course it’s hot!! My dog was ready at the groomers and I had to go pick him up and she hadn’t even had a chance paint my toes. I couldn’t wait for her to keep going to the back and wasting my time... I said how much will it be if we stop here she said 45 because of the wax. I said oh she not even halfway done but because she put wax on my feet it was still going to be 45. They also mentioned coming back tomorrow and getting my toes painted, but I live an hour away and definitely NOT driving back for that service..... She talked the owner and they refunded me 5.00, so basically you can get your toes painted here for $5.00!! Wow.... who would have thought that. I paid 40.00 for 30 minute toe clipping and the wax— whatever that means! I attached the picture of the kettle, that burnt by feet. My advice go somewhere else for that price you can get higher end service somewhere else :)
