carlos freeman I was on my way to Miami and and had an engine failure, figured out that cylinder #4 was misfiring, called Nedsley and he advised me that most probably was the coil pack, he told where to get it and guided me in the right direction since it was really late, he even offered to help in case I needed, and charged me 0 dollars for his knowledge which literally saved my trip, there aren’t many honest mechanics around anymore but he is definitely one of the few left, if you have an issue don’t hesitate to call him! James White I was in a stressful situation my 2019 BMW X5 shut off and would not start. The dealership was to far away and provided no reasonable options. I remembered Kirsten Rome used Pete Otto with positive results. I got my car to his shop the staff was courteous, informative, and efficient. I was really impressed by the detailed diagnostic I digitally received by text and email the next day. I was able to respond digitally for the repairs I wanted done. They still called to verify my decisions. My automobile was repaired in two days with factory warranty part. He is my go to guy for any auto needs!

Nelson Navarro While driving up blue ridge Ga from South Florida, my 6.7 F-250 decided to throw a low pressure fuel code. Unfortunately it was Sunday in southern Ga, and just about every shop/parts store was closed. I was fortunate enough to find S&S automotive & diesel services. They were very up front and honest about their timeline and their ability to assess the fuel issue. They ended up resolving my problem. I drove my truck back home without any hiccups. Thanks.

Abdulaziz Alfahaid Short review: Trustworthy, they will tell you whats going on with your car, and what you need to fix. No games. My story: My car stopped working, At first I thought it was a dead battery. I jumped my car, but still not working. so my conclusion was it could be the starter. I called the towing company and the guy took a look at it, and he also thought it was the starter. We took it Matt and the first look he also said it might be the starter. He called me after a couple hours telling me that my car is completely fine and that my battery is damaged and he had to change it. He said thats all what I needed. If it was someone else, they may claim that the starter was damaged because thats what it seemed like it. Instead, he replace the battery after he ran multiple tests to make sure the problem is only with the battery and everything else is working fine. At the end, he only charged me for the cost of the battery and not even his replacement fee.
