Jennifer Sarkis We recently moved to Lagrange and had to find a reliable mechanic for my Mini Cooper. Well, not only is the staff reliable, but they are an absolute delight to work with. The prices are quite fair and the work is outstanding. My only issue is that sometimes you have to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment because they are so in demand. I don’t trust my Mini to anyone but the fellas at Quality Import Automotive.

Alan Higginbotham My hats off to Ricardo and Mike at Pep Boys for taking care of us the night before Thanksgiving day, and for even staying late to do their job! They patched a tire, took our tire off and made sure that it held air before we headed out and they verified that our sensors were working. They were informative and explained what happened and how they were going to repair it. I recall Mike stating, “I’m not going to charge you until I give you a free tire inspection, first we need know what’s wrong.” My kids also stated that their bathroom was clean an added bonus for a car shop that is not very common. The details: We had a nail or shrapnel from the road puncture our tire as we were driving down the interstate a few hours away from where we live. The tire sensor immediately went off and we were losing air fast! It was right around 6:30 and they were literally right down the road. A nearby gas station also had air which helped us to get there. Pep boys was 3 minutes away but we were losing air fast. I was worried and even accidentally blocked the bay, not meaning to. To make sure the tire could reach the air hose. Both the customer and the employees were very hospitable and non-judgmental of my minor mistake when I was under stress. Earlier that evening, I called them while at the gas station and he said “we are open till 7 PM, you get here before that time and we will see what we can do for you.” They were honest, sincere and did not over promise or give us false hopes as he did not know the situation over the phone. They also both spoke Spanish to my kids who have been learning Spanish in school. Thanks for taking care of us and for having a great attitude while working late! Thanks for letting us be your last customer this evening! If tipping was allowed I would have given them one this evening!

Joshua Dooley When I got Jamies number I had been dealing with Mike Ford Patton which did nothing for my truck,but I called Kia to see if I could get any help on my ranger cause I didnt know anybody else and they referred me to Jamies Automotive and I tell you they have got what it takes to run a very successful business. They communicate very well with their customers, they have experience in multiple automotive makes and models, very competitive prices, and I give them a definite 5 stars all around the board.

Holley Carroll We were headed to West Point lake for a fun holiday weekend when our truck radiator blew. We received excellent, friendly service from Chanc at Williams Automotive. He went above and beyond to get our truck fixed in a timely manner. We know where we will be heading if we ever have anymore mechanical issues while in the Lagrange area. Thank you for making this experience as pleasant as it could be.

Kenneth McCreless I know there are mixed reviews for Gerber Collision & Glass. However, I have only had great experiences with the quality of their service and repair work. Most recently, my Honda Ridgeline was in a 7 vehicle fender bender on I-20 eastbound out of Atlanta. I had obvious front end damage and what appeared to be minor rear bumper damage. Josh Bozeman, the Gerber estimator, was courteous and knowledgeable. There was no paint damage, and the distorted grill, and front fenders could be popped back into place with only heel of the hand pressure. Josh replaced all broken fender clips and trim clips around both front wheel wells. Once he determined that there was no structural damage to the rear bumper, only a cosmetic cut that didn’t require replacement, I opted not to get a new bumper. Josh gave an honest assessment of the damage and made it look like new with no charge to me or USAA. In addition, about two years ago, I hit a deer and the front of this same Ridgeline had significant damage. USAA again sent me to Gerber, who did an excellent repair job. The fit and finish was flawless. So, my experience with this particular Gerber shop in LaGrange has been outstanding.
