Anthony Zimlich Honesty, integrity and professionalism are just a few words to describe Quiet Storm. I can not say enough great things about this shop. My vehicle was towed there after it catastrophically broke down and they diagnosed and fixed the problems with little to no visible malfunctions. They showed me what the problem was, explained it thoroughly and was spot on with the time required to fix it. The shop is impeccably clean, friendly and restores my faith in honest workmanship. Being from out of town, they communicated incredibly and charged me a very fair price. The receptionist/office manager (Michelle) and owner himself (Kenny) treated me like family and they pay attention to the small details. Ill make the two hour drive in a heartbeat just to use this shop again. 10 stars!

Amelia Kennedy This is the only person I get to work on my vehicle now ... here’s why .. I have a 07 Cadillac CTS .. I took it to multiple Mechanics before meeting Chris & they all said things wrong with my car that cost a lot of money that wasn’t even the issue with my car .. Then I met Chris & he FINALLY Diagnosed my car the right way . It didn’t matter if it was a $5 or $500 part . He was honest !! . Chris knows his stuff that’s for sure ! Even before seeing my car he could just about tell me already what it sounded to be like . He gave me a great price on towing my vehicle to the garage , great price on the parts I needed , great price on doing the work & had it done in no time .. he’s not just someone doing their job . He’s someone who actually cares about your safety! .. so now every issue I have now or anyone around me who has car issues I always recommend Chris Carswell with Carswell Automotive. Caitlin Buhrmeister Used Mannys services for the first time recently. He was able to get me in to diagnose the problem the same morning I called. He has to order parts and it was a holiday week, but even with that he got me back in one week later for repairs. My car was done within 4 hours of drop-off and sounded like new! The price was reasonable for what needed done as well. Hes going to be my new go-to guy for my Honda.

Kayla Jacobs I honestly was really glad when I saw their shop go up off 56 because I was glad to have a mechanic nearby. The owners seemed so nice and I honestly think they are good people. We had our AC repair, oil changed, tires rotated and balanced, and light bulbs changed all around the vehicle.

They figured out why my car was pulling to the side and fixed it without breaking the bank. I also appreciated the service that they provided by driving me back home after I dropped it off that morning. Everyone was friendly and explained everything so that I understood what needed to be fixed. I would definitely use them again for any other issues for our vehicles.

Matthew Johnson I had a slow leak in my front tire on my Toyota Camry and couldn’t figure it out. Stopped by Butler on Wrightsboro Road they found a nail in the sidewall and explained that it couldn’t be patched safely. They got me a great price on a replacement and had it installed, balanced, and back on the road in under an hour. Super efficient and very transparent.
