5 /5 Daniyal: Had an amazing experience at GCR. Was experiencing issue after issue with my E46 I purchased about a month ago, and had GCR perform a full vehicle inspection. They provided me with a comprehensive inspection report, and they discovered some horrendously serious issues with the vehicle other than the ones I was directly experiencing. If it weren’t for GCR, I wouldn’t have known about everything until it was way too late, so I thank them for their extremely professional service and unparalleled support. Everything is being resolved with the selling dealer. GCR has the most inexpensive diagnostic fee out of any of the shops I’ve talked to at just $89, and they actually gave me a slight discount on top of that price. They have a very knowledgeable master technician you can be sure to trust your car with. The good folks that work here have owned a variety of German cars themselves, and offer real world advice and experience when it comes to treating you, the customer. I’ve learned my lesson about buying a car sight unseen, and if you’re looking to buy a used German car in the area, I would highly recommend having the good folks at GCR perform a full vehicle inspection before you make your decision. If the car is truly ready to be sold, you’ll know for sure after GCR takes a look at it. I’ve included a picture of my car (pictured right) next to some of the technicians’ vehicles. One of the technician’s E46 just passed 200,000 miles. Just goes to show that If you want that kind of mileage out of your own 20+ year-old German car, these guys really know what they’re doing :-)
