Described the issue to the techs at the shop and within a day they had it figured out and the excellent work they always do had my car literally running like new.

They completed brake/ rotor repair on my Lexus GS350 and I am so happy with their work, service and first class customer service... Do your self a favor Paulding county and check them out first before any other shop, I am now a client for life as all of Paulding should be- thx so much to all at Hale, you guys rock!

I just got my tires rotated and balanced as well as an alignment the other day and it was incredible from start to finish and the pricing was excellent. They send a text with a breakdown of what they did with images of your vehicle and any concerns the mechanic may have seen. They also have a warranty on all services included. There is no other place I’d go to. I asked a ton of questions and they listened and helped with every single one with such kindness and help. They also do not do work on your vehicle unless absolutely needed and they do not upcharge like every other place I’ve been to. Johnny in particular was so patient with my 26846483 anxious questions I had. As a woman in the car world, shops have tried to screw me over but for the first time ever this is a place I can say wholeheartedly does the right thing to make sure your vehicle leaves that shop 16384639 times better than it was coming in.
