5 /5 Jj Saphire: I just got my car back yesterday and I appreciate how helpful they were throughout the entire process. Theres a genuine feeling of care and concern towards their customers.
After I got into an accident, I knew I could trust them to restore my car within 2 weeks based off my previous experience getting my Chevy restored after a deer ran into my headlight.
Even after technical complications that forced them to go to outside (much slower) help, they made sure to communicate the status of my vehicle with me. I knew that as often as I was asking about my car, they too were asking. Both the owner and receptionists were willing to help me in whatever way possible.
I especially appreciate being picked up by the receptionist in the owners car from the rental car place since I had no other way to get there and back. Not many places will do that.
10/10 experience.
