Cracked jokes made me feel very comfortable in buying my new 2025 Toyota tundra platinum. 5 /5 Joey Orsini: Jason and the service team were incredible. Jason went above and beyond to rescue my daughter and I after we discovered a screw in the tire. We walked in on a busy Saturday morning with our fingers crossed. Jason quickly put us at ease and handled the tires. He noticed that I was due for an oil change and he went ahead and took care of that as well to save be another trip up there in a few days. And he has a beautiful beard. Thank you Jason! ✌️

I was at a nearby convenience store when my 4Runner wouldnt start and they actually came over and jumped the car so I could drive it back to the dealership because it needed a new battery. Service advisor Oscar even made the swap himself right at closing time, supervised by the service manager. The whole team was on it. This is a great crew that steps up and goes the extra distance to help customers. I have been very happy with them for the five years they have been servicing my vehicle.
