5 /5 Ken A: Outstanding service every time! I have been going to this shop since 2021 and they have never let me down. They have never misled me or have been dishonest. They diagnose the issue with my vehicle and let me know what needs to be done most important to least important.
I have been to mechanics in the past that will lead you to believe that you only have the option to pay for service and parts that essentially arent needed, especially at that moment. Honesty is important when having service done on your vehicle and many auto shops dont offer that experience when utilizing their companies.
The work that is done at J & M is always efficient and warrantied which definitely gives me peace of mind. There are no worries when I drive off of their lot after being serviced. I have a vehicle that is twenty-two years old. I am from a city in the midwest that does not have emission regulations. I purchased my vehicle used eleven years ago. I had always had my service engine light on since I purchased my vehicle and over the years I took it to mechanic, after mechanic, after mechanic who said there is nothing to be done to remove the service engine light.
This was until I received service at J & M. They were able to get down to the bottom of the issue and permanently repair the issues that were causing my service engine light to stay on. It has been quite a few years since I had to worry about passing emissions in Gwinnett County which can be headache for any motorist.
