5 /5 Watters Rebecca: My jeep broke a belt and one of the pulleys. Im not from anywhere near there. In fact, Im from NC, traveling alone and frightened. Once the tow truck arrived, I felt completely at ease. Reasonable prices and good people. If I lived close. I would definitely spread their name around to give them more business.

5 /5 Kenny Holland: A huge shout-out to Jackson Towing and Repair. Alternator died on the side of 20W late on a Friday afternoon and Jerome and his team came to my rescue. They were incredibly helpful and got me back on the road a few hours later. Their price was far lower than other estimates I received. Its clear they take pride in their work and I highly recommend supporting this family owned local business. Thank you again guys!

Contacted this establishment due to our urgent need (car stalled on 20W on a 103 degree day our 2 year old present) and they came within 10 minutes to check on our vehicle which resulted in them towing our car shortly thereafter, 61 miles to our home dealership!
