5 /5 Martie Turner: I waited a few months before giving this review to ensure I was satisfied with the service I received there. On May 21st, 2025, the transmission went out on my truck, and Jamie could pick it up from our house and tow it to his shop. At the time, we didn’t know it was the transmission. Jamie could look at it quickly and tell us what was wrong. After we found out it was the transmission, we had to weigh the cost of replacing it with a used or new one, or if we would trade it in. After asking a dealership what they would give us for a trade-in, we realised it was better for our family to get a new transmission. Jamie was very patient with us as we weighed our options that day, and then we decided to get a new one. It only took a few days for him to replace it. I highly recommend Jamie as a reliable mechanic that you don’t have to worry about getting ripped off by. We will be using him again with our future needs. I’m so glad we decided to get a new transmission instead of trading it. I was not ready to get rid of my truck yet.
