Gervaris Davis I contacted this company due to my truck not starting one morning as I was getting ready to head to work. I got in contact with Patrick and advised that I believed the starter had gone out, and that I had a lifetime warranty on the part, but was unable to make it to the store to pick it up. After completing another job, Patrick showed up with the replacement starter and got me back up and running within minutes! Great customer service as well as passion and knowledge of vehicles! I will definitely contact him again if I have any vehicle issues that I can’t address myself.

These are the most experienced, humblest, and most well organized professional people I have met in a long time. I have been having problems with my brakes for quite some time now, trusting a shop I thought had my best interest. These people were lying about the parts provided, leaving small pieces undone and leaving the pins out of important places that needed to get installed. Thank God I made an appointment with Luis. They took the time to undo the mess of the people I have trusted since 2017 and made it all right. I totally appreciate you and your staff! Ive found a new mechanic home thats for the customer and not just money.

Derek Fager Great customer service, I get all of my tire work done at Mr Tire. The owner is always quick to help and always has a smile on his face. I was leaving for a trip out of state and found a screw in my tire. The owner came out and removed it and said was no damage to the tire. I appreciated the honesty.
