5 /5 Jennifer C: Jina is absolutely amazing! She has been cutting my hair for over 30 years and she never disappoints. One time I was in a bit of a hurry so I went to a different hair salon and that was a HUGE mistake. They ruined my hair. Thankfully, I went to Jina and she made my hair beautiful again. I will never make that mistake again.

1 /5 Jessie K.: Everyone believes or not, I have a horrible story about this hair salon, everyone must not go to this hair salon. The Korean stylist is a demon, she sprayed the water on my face and in my ears when she washes my hair. I asked her to be careful because I got a lot of water in my ears, but she didn’t apologize and threatened me, my hair was all wet, she wouldn’t blow dry it for me, just cause I told her to be careful not to spray water on my face and in my ears when washing my hair, she tried to scare me leave her store, my hair was all wet, not dried, I can get a fever, this hair salon should be closed. However I think I need my lawyers helps with this case, cause this hair salon for an unreasonable service attitude to customer. I can’t forgive such a bad service attitude and I don’t want the next customer to receive such bad service again.

1 /5 colleen talbott: After reading all these positive reviews I felt comfortable going to this salon. I usually only get my hair cut once a year and my length is extremely important to be. Jina herself is incredibly nice and talkative. However, after asking that just 1-2 inches be cut off, I look in the mirror to find that over 6 inches of my hair is gone and she was still cutting. This is my biggest fear when going to salons and why it takes me so long to pick a place. The haircut itself is nice but not at all what I wanted or asked for. I left broken hearted and disappointed.
