1 /5 Luna Ross: This was a terrible experience, seemed very helpful over the phone and then seemed like a completely different person on site. first when i called and asked how soon he could come out he said right then and that was at 10am, then he didnt actually come until after 3pm. but he came out to do a diagnostic, put a wrench under the hood for all of 20 seconds, didnt try to start the vehicle, didnt check fuses, didnt run codes, nothing. said what the problem "was" but that he didnt have a quote, didnt know when he would have a quote, didnt give us any in depth information to deem this a diagnostic, and ultimately said he wouldnt be able to fix it anyway. then we questioned why we were paying when he essentially figured nothing out for us. so we didnt want to pay for a diagnostic fee when there was nothing figured out or explained. this wasnt a dispatch fee it was a diagnostic... when we told him we werent paying for nothing being done, he got agressive FAST, started yelling and cussing, calling names, middle fingers, very very un professional and very agressive. causing a huge commotion. he started filming us and when we asked him to stop filming and just leave the property, he started screaming more and acting like he was about to physically fight in the parking lot. he finally left, and then a few minutes later tried circling BACK into the gate of the neighborhood, which is just threatening to be honest. this was EXTREMELY poor business, he didnt even try to get to a solution and showing disorderly conduct to customers is just uncalled for.
