5 /5 Carter Thomas: So here I am a day before Im supposed to drive across the country and my truck wont start. Took it to autozone where a clerk recommended Jonahs. I called Jonah up he got me in the next day. I arrived at Jonahs and was immediately greeted by the gentle giant himself and hosted with the utmost hospitality. I mean just made me feel very welcome. I got a quick tour of the shop, he took my information and was on my way. What I thought was a starter or fuel problem ended up being a faulty key. (He has a pretty fancy diagnostic maxhine, figured it out fast) Super simple fix, I brought in my spare and was right as rain and on my way, didnt charge me a dime. Before I left I talked to him, and not only is he quite an ethical business owner, hes heavily involved in the community! And while I could go on, its just, so easy to get screwed at an automotive place cause most people dont know a nut from a bolt. And here I was educated not sold.
