1 /5 Kim Fitzsimons: If JRS is soooo good then why have they put my Dad on the back burner three times. Now hes got to wait til Monday to get it fixed. Hes been waiting all week since last Monday. NOT PROFESSIONAL!!! Thats not the only time you were unprofessional. You gave my Dad an estimate of 800-900 $ for a repair then when it was done, you charged him double what you quoted him. Is that your normal, good customer service?
