Amelia Kennedy This is the only person I get to work on my vehicle now ... here’s why .. I have a 07 Cadillac CTS .. I took it to multiple Mechanics before meeting Chris & they all said things wrong with my car that cost a lot of money that wasn’t even the issue with my car .. Then I met Chris & he FINALLY Diagnosed my car the right way . It didn’t matter if it was a $5 or $500 part . He was honest !! . Chris knows his stuff that’s for sure ! Even before seeing my car he could just about tell me already what it sounded to be like . Kobe Walker Kris went above and beyond!! My drive shaft on my tandem Dumptruck broke while fully loaded with asphalt. Kris showed up within an hour, towed me to the asphalt plant to dump the load and then he towed me to a shop. Probably took about 3 1/2- 4 hours total. Very reliable, great customer service, I would recommend to anyone and will be using C&A for all my future towing/mobile repair needs.

James Moore I had a really good experience here. I got new tires and a leveling kit. My truck still rides really smooth and he helped me find good tires that were in my search perimeters. I woild highly recommend their services. Very professional and a pleasent experience

C Jernigan Last week I had been on a trip and was on my way home when I had car trouble. I was 175 miles from home, and my car would not start. I called Glover Automotive at 7:05 pm, and spoke with Mr. Glover. He drove from his shop to where my car was sitting in a shopping center parking lot. Ultimately the part I needed was not available until the next day. Mr. Glover made sure I had a place to stay for the night before leaving for the evening. There was more than one thing wrong with my car, so it took a little time to get the parts and install them the next day. Mr. Glover made sure everything was working/running correctly. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired and that I was safe. He charged a very reasonable price for all of the work that he did. I am so grateful that Mr. Glover answered his phone the night I called! If I lived in Augusta, Mr. Glover would definitely be the person I would take my car to for regular maintenance.

Detricch Malone L&J was a blessing to ME. I’m new to Augusta, not knowing any reliable mechanics, having several tell me it was my rack and pinon. Even order the part that they claimed I needed. None of them showed up. I searched and found L&J, this young man came pronto. Showed him the part, he explained everything to me, even telling me that I might not need the part. Sure enough it was the wiring, I didn’t mind giving him the price we had agreed upon for installation on something he didn’t have to install. Even guaranteed his work for 6 months. Being a seasoned women his honesty meant more to me than the money, he even wrote down future things I should have checked out. Of course, he is the one that is going to do the work. I’ve found a mechanic that I feel is reliable and honest. Check him out, you won’t be disappointed.

Lindsey Mercer I can assure you that everyone cant be pleased with mechanic work sometimes. Things tend to need replacing while doing certain jobs on vehicles. However, I brought my car here for a major job, my timing chain, and the waterpump. I understand that the disassembled process has many things to be removed, and its a tedious job. This man not only repaired my car, but he got my car back on the road with no issues. Yes, I had some other things that needed replacing, but I did my research and found that the items replaced were normally done for timing chains. So Im thankful that he didnt just fix my timing chain and put it back together. Im glad that I researched the job requirements and expectations on my 05 xterra. I cant speak for the others on here, but the man wouldnt still be in business if he didnt do a good job. No one is perfect, and like anyone with a trade or skill, every day used is another day perfected. So Raul, thank you for fixing my car, and thank you for working with me like you did as far as cost!!!

John The team at Butler in Martinez is awesome. Scheduling was easy, and they took the time to answer all my questions. Whether it’s an oil change or something more serious, I always feel like I’m in good hands. Its great to have a reliable shop right here in the neighborhood.
