Kayla Jacobs I honestly was really glad when I saw their shop go up off 56 because I was glad to have a mechanic nearby. The owners seemed so nice and I honestly think they are good people. We had our AC repair, oil changed, tires rotated and balanced, and light bulbs changed all around the vehicle.

Lindsey Mercer I can assure you that everyone cant be pleased with mechanic work sometimes. Things tend to need replacing while doing certain jobs on vehicles. However, I brought my car here for a major job, my timing chain, and the waterpump. I understand that the disassembled process has many things to be removed, and its a tedious job. This man not only repaired my car, but he got my car back on the road with no issues. Yes, I had some other things that needed replacing, but I did my research and found that the items replaced were normally done for timing chains. So Im thankful that he didnt just fix my timing chain and put it back together. Im glad that I researched the job requirements and expectations on my 05 xterra. I cant speak for the others on here, but the man wouldnt still be in business if he didnt do a good job. No one is perfect, and like anyone with a trade or skill, every day used is another day perfected. So Raul, thank you for fixing my car, and thank you for working with me like you did as far as cost!!!

Anthony Zimlich Honesty, integrity and professionalism are just a few words to describe Quiet Storm. I can not say enough great things about this shop. My vehicle was towed there after it catastrophically broke down and they diagnosed and fixed the problems with little to no visible malfunctions. They showed me what the problem was, explained it thoroughly and was spot on with the time required to fix it. The shop is impeccably clean, friendly and restores my faith in honest workmanship. Being from out of town, they communicated incredibly and charged me a very fair price. The receptionist/office manager (Michelle) and owner himself (Kenny) treated me like family and they pay attention to the small details. Ill make the two hour drive in a heartbeat just to use this shop again. 10 stars!

C Jernigan Last week I had been on a trip and was on my way home when I had car trouble. I was 175 miles from home, and my car would not start. I called Glover Automotive at 7:05 pm, and spoke with Mr. Glover. He drove from his shop to where my car was sitting in a shopping center parking lot. Ultimately the part I needed was not available until the next day. Mr. Glover made sure I had a place to stay for the night before leaving for the evening. There was more than one thing wrong with my car, so it took a little time to get the parts and install them the next day. Mr. Glover made sure everything was working/running correctly. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired and that I was safe. He charged a very reasonable price for all of the work that he did. I am so grateful that Mr. Glover answered his phone the night I called! If I lived in Augusta, Mr. Glover would definitely be the person I would take my car to for regular maintenance.
