5 /5 Michael Tierney: When I got there I was immediately attended to and the young lady and the young man there was very polite and courteous. They got got my needs met very efficiently and in good time. I even ended up paying less than what other places quoted me. I give them a big 2 thumbs up I would certainly recommend this company. I went to Kwik change this morning to have my Front left Tire looked at and before they even opened I had this very Sweet young Lady named Kim walk up to my vehicle as soon as I pulled into the business. She immediately was interested in finding out what she could do to get my needs met I consider her a valuable asset to this company she deserves high recognition for her customer service skills. The young man who looked at my tire done an excellent job as well this company is awesome

5 /5 Megan Dixon: Elise & Alec turned a very frustrating situation into a great experience. My car broke down & Im new to the area. I took it to their oil change center. They investigated & identified the issue & Alec came from the other location to fix an oil pan damaged during an oil change 3 months prior at a different company. They had to order a new pan, install etc and instead of having me wait, they drive me home AND came back to pick me up. I later went to the other location on 36 and had my AC serviced, bought 4 new tires (VERY AFFORDABLE) & scheduled a radiator hose repair. I stayed in the ball park of $1k for all of this. Such a great family & the best customer service Ive ever been provided. Highly recommend going at least once. Ive already recommended them twice today alone!
