Bridget Donatella I loved that they used clean tools and fresh liners for my pedicure. The technician did such a great job cleaning up my cuticles and shaping my nails. I also appreciated the massage-it was so relaxing!

Bri Talley Dear Kira Cole (April 27 Review), In your review, you stated “I had brought my own polish for my toes, forgot it at the shop and when I returned to get it about 15 min later, the nail tech had put it on the shelf as if it were their color, stating they had planned to just keep it.” Please refresh your recollection by reviewing this video I have posted. In the video footage of the salon, you can see that you came back and told the employee “hi, I left my polish color..” The employee asked "nail polish?", and you replied "yeah." She immediately went to get your bottle. She did not say anything else. Your bottle was not put back on the salon shelf; it was placed in a basket to return to you. You can be heard saying “thank you” and seen leaving the salon with your polish. We empathize that people are busy and we do not remember every single event that occurs in a day. So to be fair to both customers and the employee, we reviewed this footage in order to determine what actually happened. We are more than happy to provide more video footage to assist you with more accurate recollections of your interactions with the salon.

J Lewis Jessica did beautiful job on my dip powder one time another tine gel. She is Professional, clean, and really checked my nails to make sure everything was perfect. I need to go back for pedicure. Have heard wonderful recommendations on the lady pedicurist.

Brittney Cooper I have been looking for a new nail shop due to inconsistency and the “too comfortable” feeling I have been receiving from my regular nail tech! I truly enjoyed my experience. I was unaware that they take appointments, however they will accept walk ins when they have available techs! Just my luck, techs were free and I sat down within 5 minutes. The guy who did my pedicure did an excellent job and the guy who did my nails did an excellent job as well! They both took the time to care for my nails. I booked my appointment before I left! It’s safe to say, I will return and I definitely recommend this shop to others! The staff were all polite and friendly.

Ahyana Arnold Services did not meet expectations for the price paid. Does not produce quality work, so I did not want to have my nails redone by this person.

Asia Solomon I am highly disappointed been using this nail place as long as I can remember never had an issue until now went & for my nails done April 12th got a fill-in two weeks later now noticed my nails need another fill-in so I just decided I’ll take them off to give my nails a break took off my nails noticed a fungus underneath my nails and it’s not just one nail it’s a couple they couldn’t have cleaned there instruments now I have scheduled a dermatology appt all because of this nail salon I will not be back

Shyneshia Alexandria I am currently enrolled at Albany Beauty Academy in May 2024. And I absolutely enjoying the experience. The mentors Mrs.Jordan & Mrs.Simmons they are amazing they will help you, motivate you, and inspire you. I’m enjoying the hands on learning in the salon. I enjoys interacting with different ages of people. You can do so much at my school: You can do Esthetician, Nail Technician, Master Barbering , and Master Cosmetology. I am taking up Master Cosmetology and I absolutely love it. GREAT ENVIRONMENT. And you can graduate within a year !!!!! COME ENROLL if you want to be in the beauty industry.
