5 /5 Julie Williams: I took my 2011 Honda Crosstour to Lakeside Automotive to have an all 4 wheel alignment done. The staff at Lakeside are very knowledgeable and kind. I was supposed to drop my car off and pick the vehicle up later, however my plans had changed last minute with my ride to pick me up so I ended up waiting for my vehicle. They were so so very kind to get my car alignment done in a timely manner so I didn’t have to wait too long. I appreciate them taking the time to manage to get my car fixed up and back in tip top driving shape. From the person who answered the phone to the mechanic who aligned the vehicle, an overall great experience with top notch work. I will be back and will be bringing my vehicles to them for future maintenance. Thanks y’all!!

5 /5 Daniel Greco: I was looking for a local place to have my AC in my blue Subaru Crosstrek checked out & fixed. The reviews went back at least 7 years & were basically all positive. They have been in business 35 years. I booked a drop off appointment at 4pm online. The process was easy. I ended up getting there around 245, so I was early. They confirmed my info and I left. I forgot to ask them when they would get a chance to look at it though. I got a text and call at 335pm with my estimate, 25 minutes BEFORE my drop off appointment. I called them back and the price was very reasonable. I had also asked for an oil change. It was ready by noon the next day. I forgot to tell them I wanted synthetic oil (my fault), but when I arrived and told them I forgot, they had already used synthetic. I can tell you that in the last couple years businesses have just disappointed me. I cannot tell you how happy I am with this place. In fact they did so well I gave them my wifes car to check the air & do an oil change when I picked my car up. I highly recommend Lakeside Automotive in Dawsonville.
