He doesnt over charge and hes straight forward to the point no running around the bush. He also let me know beforehand that he didnt think the plugs were the problem, turns out he was right. But he is making the time to come back and make sure we figure out what the problem is and get it fixed. He seems to know what hes doing and talking about and his prices are extremely affordable!
