1 /5 Shenita Carter: First impression is EVERYTHING! I decided to shop around for a new hair salon since my old stylist is no longer working. I came across this fine establishment with such great reviews. I decided to call to schedule an appointment for Saturday and I have been given the run a round! I have been calling since early this morning. Finally after 12pm I was able to get someone on the phone who happens to be the salons owner. She advised for me to call back within an hour to speak to two of her other stylists whom usually work on Saturdays to make an appointment. I called back and I spoke to Roni: very unprofessional. She was not helpful with answering my questions. She told me that she doesnt know the other stylists schedule. She doesnt know when the salon closes, etc. I am a licensed hairstylist as well, and I could never see myself turning away clients, especially if it was their first time booking an appointment. How hard is it to get a relaxer, haircut, style and color? Smh.
