Rita Mahmood My daughter and I found ourselves stranded 4 hrs from home on a Friday late afternoon. We were able to get our car the .02miles by 5 oclock. Even though they closed at 6pm they still worked us in. We were offered a safe air conditioned room to rest and the use of their restroom. When he couldnt do the repairs he allowed us to store or car in his garage (free of charge) overnight and stayed with us until an Uber was able to pick us up and take us to a hotel. The next day we were unable to get back to shop before they closed. They agreed to place car outside garage and hide the keys so we could pick up when tow finally made it. I offered to reimburse them for their kindness, but they refused. They are truly Blessed Souls and will be rewarded for their care and kindness tgey gave to my daughter and I in such a scary time for us. God Bless them always THANKYOU from the bottom of my heart ❤️!!

Angee This place rocks. I was turned away from Firestone after getting a screw from the construction site Im working at. Ne-Ro fixed it and made it possible for me to make it to Alabama for my little girls birthday. Very professional.

Brian Griner The starter on my truck gave out unexpectedly. Because it is a newer vehicle, it was going be a much more extensive job then my regular mechanic can handle. Based off the amount of cars in the parking lot where they are working I did not expect to get my car back for about 2 weeks . However, I had my car back in 2 days running perfectly. They were efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, very reasonable. Highly recommend this business.

Mike Peluche Rich is an awesome guy! We were on our way to Florida when our tire completely flew off! Rich’s towing was called an he arrived within minutes towed to his shop gave us a quote on how much it would be before any work was done! Worked on our truck super quick to get us back on the road thank you very much 100% recommend! For any towing or mechanic work!!! Such reasonable price and so welcoming!!!

Nelson Navarro While driving up blue ridge Ga from South Florida, my 6.7 F-250 decided to throw a low pressure fuel code. Unfortunately it was Sunday in southern Ga, and just about every shop/parts store was closed. I was fortunate enough to find S&S automotive & diesel services. They were very up front and honest about their timeline and their ability to assess the fuel issue. They ended up resolving my problem. I drove my truck back home without any hiccups. Thanks.

carlos freeman I was on my way to Miami and and had an engine failure, figured out that cylinder #4 was misfiring, called Nedsley and he advised me that most probably was the coil pack, he told where to get it and guided me in the right direction since it was really late, he even offered to help in case I needed, and charged me 0 dollars for his knowledge which literally saved my trip, there aren’t many honest mechanics around anymore but he is definitely one of the few left, if you have an issue don’t hesitate to call him! Brian Peters I own a shop in town. One of my guys who is very smart and knowledgable, could not figure the problem out. Kyle came down to my own shop, took time out of his own schedule to come and help us. He helped us narrow the issue down and had the customers car back on the road. We are competitors, however small we are, but I have the utmost respect for Kyle and his work ethic. I can not give enough stars!
