I had driven a few thousand miles across the country and pieces of my car were not very good but I managed to make it to this location in time to get the problems fixed. Being 1,500 miles away from home, I wanted to go to a large and reputable location that I could access in my own city but was directed to this location by a long time friend that has lived nearby and gone to them religiously for years. I was far from disappointed.
Mike sat down with me and helped me find the appropriate tires for my vehicle and then explained about the broken parts and the rust under them and the rust under the rust. Normally, this would upset somebody to hear but I didnt have any choice because I wanted to drive home and I needed my car to be safe. Since I am from a large city and Maxi-Lube is not in a large city, I paid probably a third of what I would have paid had I done the same work at home. I could not have been more pleased with the work that I had done and the price that I paid for it and the exceptionally courteous service that I received from each and every member of the staff for the two days that I dealt with them. If you live in that area and youve been going to Goodyear or Firestone or whatever big-name reputable place you know of from TV, I would suggest you try these guys out because theyre nicer, theyre better, their prices are reasonable and they guarantee their work.
