Marlena From the initial phone call to walking in and being greeted by multiple people I was amazed. Each employee was super friendly, and honest! They helped me with a flat tire and being so honest and friendly I decided to get my oil change. Very satisfied with my experience and found my forever mechanic shop!! As a women, it’s nice that there motto is to treat you as if you were there mom, daughter etc- as I’ve never experienced such kindness and honesty at a shop , truly makes them rare in a great way! Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed!!! Also their waiting room is so cozy, and offer you cold drinks! Super sweet!

Gervaris Davis I contacted this company due to my truck not starting one morning as I was getting ready to head to work. I got in contact with Patrick and advised that I believed the starter had gone out, and that I had a lifetime warranty on the part, but was unable to make it to the store to pick it up. After completing another job, Patrick showed up with the replacement starter and got me back up and running within minutes! Great customer service as well as passion and knowledge of vehicles! I will definitely contact him again if I have any vehicle issues that I can’t address myself.

Diahan Walker-Sealy This is a different sort of review in that Henderson Collision actually didnt do any work for me. Why I had to give them five stars? Because of their honesty. I brought a particular foreign model car to their establishment and Ricky (a 30y employee) informed me that they no longer work on models from that specific brand because of the bells and whistles that hamper simple repair (electronic recalibrations and other things). Still , he provided an estimate to give me an idea how much it will likely cost and further provided me with two referrals. I found them on NextDoor where they had the best reviews and I see why. I may have to just buy a car that they do service just so I can finally be a proper customer. :D
