1 /5 Stephanie Coffey: In February, they had my car for 11 days and didnt start the repairs until they had my car for over a week. Jesse told myself, and my husband, that there was a significant delay in repair because my warranty company had extensive requirements that had to be met before repairs could be approved such as pictures/videos of the malfunction as well as an inspection done by the warranty company themselves. When the warranty company reimbursed me for my rental car they didnt pay for any of the days during this "delay". I called MB Resources to confirm that the delays were in fact caused by the warranty company and they confirmed that they were. I then called the warranty company stating that they should reimburse me for the repair delays caused by their extensive requirements and the warranty company informed me that they never requested pictures or videos and they never ordered their own inspection. I then called Jesse, from MB Resources, with the warranty company on the line and Jesse changed his story and said that he never told me that the delay was due to the warranty company and that the delay was, in fact, due to the repair shop being behind in their work. He never mentioned that to me before. Jesses dishonesty cost me hundreds of dollars extra in rental car coverage, that I did not get reimbursed for. I will not return to this shop.
