5 /5 Desiree Evans-Blunt: Kyle was an amazing mechanic with a lot of knowledge, experience, and customer service skills. Needed my car looked over and checked out. Coming from someone with little knowledge on cars and the process of using a mobile service, he communicated with me with ease and kept me updated with an ETA. When he arrived, he gave me clear and upfront answers. For what he couldn’t fix, he gave me a price estimate as to what to expect from a shop. For what he could fix, but could be handled on my own, he was honest and told me what items/products to buy. Be had tools readily available and was both fast and efficient. I will definitely be using his service in the future and the mobile mechanic factor only adds to the convenience and trust factors.

5 /5 Camisa Oliver-Boyd: I want to give an honest and appreciative review for Kyle and his work. We called him on a Thursday in the evening and he came to take a look at the brakes for us. He was willing to start that night but we had work the next day. We scheduled for Saturday morning. He was here had purchased the parts and started on the work. His knowledge and skills were apparent. Please support and trust what he does, he was not a fast talker to just get your money, he was a craft at what he knows and does. Thank you Kyle we appreciate you. Saying he is affordable is an understament, he quotes what I believe Is a fair price for the job.

5 /5 Roy Smith: I was driving into Atlanta in a rush to get to the airport and as I applied breaks as traffic slowed down, my truck started to shake. Was able to get off the highway and pull into a parking lot. After calling multiple mobile mechanics in the area, Kyle with Metro Mobile Mechanic called me back and was able to get to me in thirty minutes. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and got to me in a timely manner, found the right bolt and was able to get back me on the road! It wasnt just that which set them apart. It was Kyle! Words cant describe how much of an amazing individual he was and I really wish I hadnt been in such a hurry. Would have loved to have taken him to lunch just to learn more about him. Hard working. Great personality. Great customer service. The list goes on. And charged me a price that was more than fair. I wish I had more money right now because he deserved a heck of a tip. I cant recommend these guys enough. The best customer experience Ive had overall this year! Kyle, I wish you the best of luck in everything you do and I hope you find the woman out there meant for you! Thank you for everything!!
