5 /5 John Turner: Nestled off Fairburn Rd behind a tire shop near Chic-fil-a is Mobile 1. For the last 17 years, Rohan has been a mobile car repair business. Five years ago, Mobile 1 set up shop here in Douglasville. Today, I was at work but my Chrysler T&C had a rattling sound and I really needed to get it looked at. On my lunch break, I googled car repair and saw this place close by. Reviews said they worked fast and since I had limited time, that sounded good to me. I drove up and found Rohan, a friendly and energetic guy, to help me. He stopped what he was doing and within minutes had my van up on a jack diagnosing my problem. A few minutes later, he already ordered the alternator I would need to replace mine even before I said yes to the quote. He wanted it on the way. Said that if I decided not to do the repair he could just send it back. But to get it as fast as possible, he just ordered it. The shop looked organized (one of the things I consider before getting my car worked on somewhere), and he could do it on the spot, so I said yes. Rohan even offered me a ride back to work down the street which I accepted. He then called and texted me shortly thereafter to let me know the job was done. My van had a new alternator and no rattle and I had a fantastic experience. Thanks Rohan for being exceptional to me today. God Bless.
