5 /5 Ash Zellner: My 2013 BMW X1 had an oil leak. Solicited quotes from 5 different repair shops in metro ATL. Munich West was the least expensive by several hundred dollars. Admittedly, I was skeptical. But everything was legit (e.g., no after-market parts were used) and turned out great. I no longer trust the garage I have been going to for years and will ONLY use Munich West from now on. Mike (owner) is terrific.

The car dealer recently contacted me to find out why I hadnt been back for service, and I told them that I used Munich West for all my non-warranty work. That was the end of the conversation.

Case and point, for a long time I thought I needed a new motor for my windshield wipers, so it was always last on my list to get done. Without mentioning names, I was told that was the case. However, when I was finally ready to bite the bullet Munich West advised me it was only a fuse that needed to be replaced. That is unbeatable customer service and as long as I own a BMW this is the only place I will come for service. Give them a try and you will receive that same professional standard. I am sure of that!

My dad initially introduced me to them for my ‘87 BMW 325ic many years ago. Now as a seasoned adult, I had the pleasure of reconnecting with them for my ‘15 MB GL450. So thankful they survived the pandemic. Great business!
