The ladies at Nails One fixed me up right! They reached out immediately after my review. Ruby was so apologetic and kind and fixed my nails. I can totally get behind a business that owns up to mistakes and fixes them! Really appreciate them and will be back to see them.

My experience felt very rushed and was the worst SNS application Iāve ever had. My technician was extremely rough using the drill tool - I was in pain several times. I left the salon with one finger bleeding, which he apologized for, but then he didnāt wipe the blood away and he put top coat on over top and I can literally see the darker color from the blood on the pale pink nail. Within 5 minutes of leaving, 3 other fingers started bleeding from how rough he was and then I started really looking at how bad it was. The tips of my nails are rough and not properly smoothed out and are missing top coat in patches. You can tell he rushed to do my nails. I honestly have never seen SNS done in the process he followed EVER and I have done SNS every two weeks for the last 3+ years. I understand that a cut happens but the fact that he cut 4/10 fingers is pretty bad. Not to mention the finished product is lumpy, rough, and not well done at all.
