5 /5 Marquita Mosley: Im glad I got my tires replaced at Neighborhood Tire Pros. Ive driven with these tires for about a month and I like them, even though I chose the cheapest tires. My low tire pressure light doesnt come on anymore. They were thorough, making sure I knew my tires needed alignment before finishing with service. It was worth the hours wait, even though they had to order my tires. The service was done in the same day. Thanks for the great service NTP.

The reason for docking 1 star was that the customer service agent had a real attitude with me when I first arrived. He did respond a little more friendly and receptive upon my exit.
