I remembered Kirsten Rome used Pete Otto with positive results. I got my car to his shop the staff was courteous, informative, and efficient. I was really impressed by the detailed diagnostic I digitally received by text and email the next day. I was able to respond digitally for the repairs I wanted done. They still called to verify my decisions. My automobile was repaired in two days with factory warranty part. He is my go to guy for any auto needs!

It is FAMILY OWNED & OPERATED SINCE 1980 3RD GENERATION AUTO REPAIR FACILITY! They Specializing in All European Makes. I commend the extraordinary customer service I received from Ms Amy and staff during my recent visit to service my Range. From the welcoming smile as I entered to the attentive assistance throughout my visit, Ms Amy demonstrated an exemplary commitment to customer satisfaction. What truly stood out was everyone patience, professionalism, and assistance. I also would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Gerald, who service my vehicle and the entire team. 3 /5 Stacey McClelland: First and foremost I would like to say Im not brow beating or putting them down. I brought them a Volkswagen beetle that had many problems. They fixed most of the issues I had but when Im told its gonna cost me almost four grand to fix another problem. Me personally I feel they should have told me or adviced me more about more pressing problems. I paid them almost four grand already on this car for their work. The real problem I have is whenever you act like you dont wont to continue working with me cause of the car. With all that the being said their so called diagnosis on a four grand issues got fixed by a former employee of theirs who now.works at another shop in town for $300. He actually came to my house then I brought the car to his shop n the problem has been resolved to my satisfaction. I completely understand the car has issues. To anyone reading this review due your due diligence on what your getting into. Sometimes its better learn the easier way versus the hard way like I did.
