1 /5 Nini Harris: The rudest customer service ever! The staff is mid okay but the owner is very rude. They do not communicate with one another when it comes to customer’s vehicles and their satisfaction. They use to be a honest and great shop but I don’t know what’s happened over time.

1 /5 candice burkett: The rudest customer service I’ve ever heard!!! A phone call was made to this place about a vehicle that they have. First issue they didn’t want us to provide our own parts. Second issue while on the phone with Andy he said that he didn’t have time to look at the vehicle or keep checking to see what was wrong it. Then proceeded to say just come back and get it and take it somewhere else he didn’t want to work on it. I was so appalled at how he spoke to a customer. Saying he was too busy and didn’t have time to answer questions. If I could report this company to the BBB I definitely would. Just unprofessional at its finest. Would never recommend them to anyone.
