1 /5 Rosemarie Meredith: I’m not sure if it’s a personal issue or simply a lack of organization, but my experience here has been extremely disappointing. My original repair appointment was canceled back in early December due to staffing issues—which I completely understood. I was told they’d follow up in about a month to reschedule, but I never heard back.
By March or April, I reached out myself and was finally scheduled for late June. I didn’t mind the wait too much, but when I called recently to confirm my appointment, I was told they wouldn’t be able to complete all the repairs originally discussed. No one contacted me to let me know about this change—I only found out because I called.
Had I dropped off my vehicle as planned, I might’ve waited another two weeks just to find out the work wasn’t done. After waiting over six months, this was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
I had heard mixed reviews about their pricing, but I never expected to feel this disregarded as a customer. Try them if you’d like—but if they cancel your appointment, it might be a good idea to start looking elsewhere.
