5 /5 Jennifer Stephens: Talk about a breath of fresh air! The customer service, work quality, honesty, and just overall experience with this shop was phenomenal. Originally we were sent to a different local body shop by our insurance and it was by far the most horrific customer experience I think I’ve ever experienced. We then asked our insurance company to refer us somewhere else with the understanding that we would have to start all over. At this point it wasn’t about who could do it quick, it was all about how you value your customers. And going with Precision was absolutely THE BEST DECISION EVER!
I can’t begin to brag enough on how smooth the entire process was, and how settling it felt to be able to call and get genuine customer service that made you feel valued. Not to mention the quality of their work. It was like driving it off the lot for the first time again. All in all this overlooked and undervalued repair shop will forever have our family’s business and total respect! Keep up the fantastic work!
