Jennifer Rosado I bought a tire here yesterday for $65 for my spare vehicle because I was going out of town and not even an hour into my five hour trip my tire light came on immediately pulled over that tire was flat. We had to put air start driving 30 minutes later and somebody has to help us and we were able to get a can of fix the flat for $22 and at that point I did call Roland here at the shop And he advised me when I get back in town Tuesday I can come back. Well, I had to text him Because the third time it happened, it was Just not right and did not sit well with me that I just bought this tire and it keeps doing this so he did refund me my money without any hesitation and told me to please go get a new tire because it was not safe to drive like that. Any other shop would have said it’s not my problem. It is a used tire, but he actually gave me my money back and so therefore, I’m gonna give five stars.!!!!

Larry Green Godsend! Went to several places for my AC(blowing fuses, not working at all) Had me stomped, and I am a journeyman, mechanically inclined. I totally explained to them the symptoms as well as different events of it blowing fuses. Most places told me I needed to leave my car with them for days, and they had to diagnose and then see what the problem was. I just rode up to this garage and just happened to speak to the owner and explained things to him. He took a quick look and tested things and told me exactly the problem and about the cost. A whole lot less than anticipated and was fixed the same day. I had another vehicle, and he came by quickly to diagnose the problem as if it were second nature. Now, both are running fine, and I am forever grateful. Awesome people and their ability to make things very understandable.

Stacy Morris I have used Carter’s for well over 10 years now. He has always done exceptional work and has always taken care of me. The last time he serviced my vehicle, the caliper we bought failed. I was super angry thinking I would have to pay full price for a problem he had just fixed. Carter assured me the part was covered under warranty and even replaced the part for me at no extra cost to me. As a single mother this helped me tremendously. He is definitely an amazing mechanic and very respectful. Thank you Carter!

Carlos Hernandez Kyle and Thomas are super professional. One of the cleanest if not, the cleanest auto repair service shop. I was able to get an alignment with no wait. Went over recommendations with upfront pricing which I really appreciate. The waiting room has a nice set up and relaxing my kids enjoy the experience, which is really hard to say from an auto repair service shop. I would highly recommend service street specialist for anybody that needs an auto repair. Specially if you live in the area of Mableton, you should give them a try. You won’t regret it. Nathan Langley I was purchasing a used vehicle locally and Ricky and Brad took us in at 430 on a Friday to do a pre-purchase inspection. They were completely accommodating and the inspection was great with pictures and checks of the systems. I would use them as my regular mechanic if I was local. Brad even gave some pricing tips to help in negotiation with the dealer!
