Called Pro Care after being quoted over $200 for an alignment and was being told I needed four new tires despite purchasing brand new tires 1.5 years ago (I drive 5K miles annually). I made an appointment, was quickly taken care of and for an honest price. I appreciated the fact they didn’t take advantage of me and try to sell me things I didn’t truly need. The staff was also welcoming and thoughtful. We’ll be back!

5 /5 Aarthi Varadarajan: would like to thank Mr Tom Wojak and the owner of Procare car services on Canton Road for their kindness and help in pulling my car off a ditch up Tower Road. I was driving with my son and we were headed to cumming United Methodist church. One wrong turn and we found ourselves up “what seemed like a never ending road “ towards the top of a mountain. I hate being a passenger when my husband drives up such roads. I was so scared when I found myself in that situation. I tried to turn around and got the car stuck in a ditch and off the road. It was just me and my son with no one in sight. Thankfully Mr Wojak passed by like an angel and called his friend, the owner of Procare car services. They both helped me pull the car out of the ditch and made sure I was safe. I can’t thank them enough. I have promised the owner of Procare car services that they have a customer for life!!

I called this place to see if they could put in an 02 sensor for me and they said it would be 3 days till they could do the work for me. I kindly explained that Id have to do it before then. They went out of there way to do it for me before I left. They were super kind and welcoming there. They got it done in 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
