The professionalism displayed by the staff was second to none—they were punctual, transparent, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was addressed. I went to other auto repair shops including the dealership for my check engine light and no one could tell me what was going on with my car. It was not until I went to Pro Motors that I was able to get the issue diagnosed and fixed. Customer service was excellent! Brittany at the front desk was so amazing at keeping me in the loop that I ended up bring her a handwritten thank you note. The entire shop showed me nothing but kindness. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of top-notch service and expertise.
