Doug Bess The threads on three studs of one wheel of our car were stripped due to over tightening of the lug nuts when having the tires rotated at another business awhile back. Our mechanic friend recommended B&G. The car was towed there on a Tuesday, and the very next day, he had the car ready. The work required drilling out the old studs and installing new ones. I was amazed how quickly Hugo was able to get the work done, considering he had a backlog of repairs ahead of me. I highly recommend B&G

I live quite ways and am willing to go over an hour to have Pike work on my cars if that tells you something. I trust them. The customer service is awesome too. Love this place!

Nadia Soufi Never trust this company they send me some Mechanic make me wait for him for six hours. He said he’s gonna come and fix my car. He came in finally stay and put all his equipment. He tried to do the car all the sudden I went to use the restroom I came back. He say oh I cannot fix your car in the parking lot because somebody came at me and tell me I need to move the car. It’s OK. I will tow the car to my House can you fix it there? He say yes I call the towing company they came and tow my car my car to my house. He said he’s gonna follow me and coming in hour but he never show up. I keep calling him. He never answer in the end. He blocked me. They are liar. They don’t know what to do. I don’t trust this company and I hope nobody get my experience with this company with the line. They don’t know what to do.

Kenneth Fadeley Great work, great guy. Alternator crapped out on me at 6PM in my driveway and by 9PM Gary showed up, installed a new one, and was out the door. Came in at a better price too than I would have paid if I had waited until the next day and had it towed to a shop and waited all day to get it back. I plan on calling him first for all of my future routine and non routine maintenance.
