5 /5 Eden Epstein: Such a clean and serene salon! Taylor did my mani/pedi and she was amazing. Super sweet, great convo, and my nails look excellent! They don’t use any harsh chemicals which was refreshing and the decor/vibes are top tier. Definitely will be back.

There is no overwhelming, toxic nail salon smell—just a clean, fresh space where natural products are used, which makes all the difference. I was especially impressed with how attentive and thoughtful the staff is when it comes to client comfort. They really go above and beyond to create a soothing environment, and I absolutely loved the variety of teas they offer—such a nice touch! Taylor, my technician, was phenomenal! I have a skin condition called Hyperkeratosis, which can make visits to nail salons a bit stressful as I often have to explain the condition. But Taylor was so understanding and professional, making me feel completely at ease. She even recommended a urea cream to help with my skin, which I truly appreciated. Its not every day you encounter such a caring and knowledgeable professional who genuinely takes the time to ensure your comfort. I cant recommend Purity Nails 21 enough—its a wonderful experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for a salon that prioritizes both quality and comfort, this is the place to go!

I came in on Valentine’s Day without an appointment, and despite how busy they were, they accommodated me without making me feel like just a last-minute addition. The staff treated me with such care and attention. The energy in the salon was warm and welcoming, and the cleanliness was top-tier. 5 /5 Sydney: This was my second time here. The service, and atmosphere was a much better experience than what I’m used to at traditional Nail Spas. I was a walk-in when I decided to get my nails done on a free day, I was taken in at first visit by Maria and she did a wonderful job on my nail art. Second visit on appointment by Faith and she took her time with my nails although I requested a simple color with builder she was polite and patient and allowed me the space to make my mind up on what I wanted because I hadn’t fully come decided on what I wanted. Soon enough I came to a decision. We talked a little and my expectations were met and my experience was yet again good and well for me to come back again. I like the fact it is a non-fumigated salon and the wholesome approach. Thank you purity nails for being on the map, my nails are growing back healthier and look beautiful more than ever.
