2 /5 Jalen Juanrisco: My Husband recently took our car to this mechanic to have the AC checked, as it wasnt working properly. They suggested the air compressor might be the issue. We purchased the new compressor and we were told it would be ready within a couple of hours. However, after several hours and multiple calls with no response, my husband walked to where he dropped the vehicle off, all to find out there was a stripped screw that needed to be ordered, causing a two-day delay. When we picked up the car, we paid for labor, but the AC still wasnt working. The mechanic mentioned a chip that might need reprogramming, but he never followed up with further information. The mechanic seemed to be overwhelmed, had a slight attitude but over seemed to be is a nice individual but given the lack of communication and the fact that were now out $600 without a functioning AC, were taking our business elsewhere for a second opinion and to seemingly start all over. As a paying customer I never want to feel like Im a burden and thats what it felt like
