Redline and their staff provide a stress free, clear communication and proactive interaction. The keep you informed and updated. I absolutely love the thorough inspection report with clear photos I get of my car. It allows me to be proactive and prepared for anything that might be coming up for service. They are a great family team that treat their customers with genuine care. I wont take my car anywhere else. If she didnt she found out for me. They made sure I was notified of every measures taken to fix my issues and definitely did not upcharge every little thing.

Because of the make and model of my Jeep, there were some things that needed attention for my safety sake. Ive taken it to other mechanics as problems arose, but they only fixed a couple of problems that were concerning to me and they left it at that. After a while of driving my Jeep something alarming happen where I felt I should try a mechanic who could really pin point the issue. I searched online and found Redline Automotive. Ive never heard of them, but the reviews drew me in so I decided to give them a try. Not only did they diagnose the problem that I pointed out, but they did a full diagnosis on my Jeep and found other issues that could put me at risk! After taking my Jeep to Redline Automotive, my Jeep ride so much better! I dont hear any sounds and most importantly I feel confident driving it!
