Replacement AC and reseal services were quick, affordable compared to competitors, and successful to date. Chris and Shane are very easy to communicate with and nice enough to answer the phone any time I’ve needed to reach out. 10/10 experience so far.

5 /5 Turtle Valley Farm TN: Excellent service!!!! Pulled into Jekyll Island campground after a long trip, only to find our air conditioner would not work. Called Reliable RV Repair and they responded immediately. Technician Brandon was at our site very soon after calling and he had us fixed up and staying cool in no time. He also gave us some ideas on cool things to do on Jekyll Island! We even received a call from Chris after the repair was complete to make sure we were happy with the service and everything was still running ok. He told me to keep his number in my phone and call him anytime with questions, no matter where I am!! Now that is 5-star customer service!! Highly recommend Reliable RV Repair!!!

5 /5 Donna B: I want to start out saying that I am thrilled over the service and professionalism I received from Chris and Shane.. I am a full time rv’er and have been without hot water for many months and was not able to move my Class A very easily. After trying a few numbers I could not find anyone to come to me and had almost given up. I stumbled upon his business unexpectedly and decided to call and see if he could help me.. Chris was more than gracious and helpful on the phone and came to see me a few days later. My issue was assessed and it turned out that the water heater was trying to catch fire as well.. He ordered another one and came back and installed it and now I have hot water and a brand new tank in my 22 year old camper for the first time since I’ve owned it.. more than anything, I have peace of mind and have found a friend and someone who cares about others and loves what he does. He was full of integrity and honor in all ways and so accommodating…if I could give more stars I would… ⭐️ I will definitely recommend his company to anyone who is in need.. what a God send.. what a blessing!

5 /5 Keith Smith: We travel quite a bit to Coastal RV to get away for the weekends. We have had a few little issues to address just to keep out camper up. We called Reliable RV after hours to just get on the books and received a quick response back. The following morning they stayed in contact and Shane and some guys showed up. They were super courteous and got the work done. We even have ordered some parts for when we come back later in July to have them complete the work. I will be using them to come maintain my camper when I’m in town. Thanks guys and see you in a few weeks!!! Keith

5 /5 Ann Hatch: I would give Chris more stars than 5 if I could!! We lucked out when we found him and called to replace our AC on our travel trailer. He went over and above to get us repaired and ready to go on very short notice. Went to Rock the Country in Mobile, AL and it was 105* both days! I assure you Reliable RV Repair is who we will call in the future for ANY an ALL our camper repair needs!!
